The Public Authorities Reporting Information System (PARIS) is the online reporting system that allows public authorities to enter their information and submit their reports to both the Authorities Budget Office and the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), as required by law.

Every authority is required to designate an individual as the Primary Authorizer, who will be responsible and accountable for creating and maintaining the accounts of eligible PARIS users for their own authority.

For newly created authorities or authorities that may have had their primary authorizer leave, the Online Services Government Account Authorization Form (link below) will need to be filled out and submitted to OSC to get access to PARIS.
